everythingyoustoodforI'm sorry. Let me give you a bit of a brief history so you understand just what you're playing with.
The movie ended, the police were freed-the dilemma being that while Batman managed to sacrifice himself and flee the city Bane's plan worked.
Hungry, cold, scared and angry and tired the police took over the city and joined with the mercenaries. Together they delivered the city to Talia and the League of Shadows suddenly found themselves with a base to launch operations against the rest of the country.
It is, in essence, Martial Law-the American City reduced to a third world country still under the threat of a bomb being detonated. It has been for the past year. Tensions are high, but law and order has learned to serve true justice.
